Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping:

Currently items cannot be shipped to locations outside of the United States. For items that are in stock, the turnaround time for shipment will be 1-3 business days.  For out of stock items, the turnaround time for shipment is noted on the item page. Shipping on a non-expedited basis will typically take 3-5 business days and will be billed on a flat rate of $12.00.  Shipping times are not guaranteed unless expedited shipping is requested. Please contact us to inquire about expedited shipping options and rates.  After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming you order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email that includes the shipper's tracking information.  If you have questions about delivery times or tracking packages, please contact us. 

Sales Tax:

Depending on the state where the items will be shipped, we may be required to collect sales taxes. 

Returns:

Unless otherwise noted on the item page, you may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving the item. Item must be returned in its original condition, and we reserve the right to refuse any returns if the item is not in its original condition. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us. Please retain all of the original packing materials.  Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only and shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and for shipping charges of exchanged items. Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange an item.
